The concept of Hauora encompasses physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions of health and this concept is recognized by the World Health Organization.
Hauora is a Māori philosophy of health unique to New Zealand. It compares Hauora to a whare where each wall in the whare represents different dimensions:
taha wairua (the spiritual side); taha hinengaro (thoughts and feelings); taha tinana (the physical side); and taha whānau (family). All four dimensions are necessary for strength and symmetry.
Hauora Life represents looking after all the dimensions of one’s health and maintaining the balance through a growth journey into a new life. You have the time in this life to start that journey, choose hauora for life.

Hauora Life Across Our Community
A huge part of our mission is giving back to the community and sharing our vision of holistic wellness through our products with our whanau in Aotearoa. Through our program your community group or organisation recieves a percentage of sale of our products. We play a small part in financially supporting community groups or organisations where thier goals line up with our vision, particularly those that support the Hauora of our communities.
