DISPATCH TIMES

We dispatch orders within two business days of payment being received. Orders made during the weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next working day. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand delivery prices are as follows:
Nationwide – $8
Nationwide (Rural) – $12

Free Shipping on orders valued over $120. Discount will be automatically applied at check out.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order, and the continent you are shipping to. To calculate the cost of shipping, after adding the items to your cart enter the shipping destination on the Checkout page. You can view your total shipping costs when you have entered the shipping address details.

Any import duties or taxes that are levied by the authorities of your country are your responsibility. We recommend that you check your country’s import regulations prior to ordering.

TARGET DELIVERY TIMES

NEW ZEALAND

We use New Zealand Post to send orders to New Zealand addresses. 
Delivery can take 3 – 5 working days for most addresses but rural (non-urban) delivery can take up to 4 – 6 working days to arrive.

Note: There are delays on NZ Post deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions and increases in parcel volumes.

INTERNATIONAL

We use DHL Express courier service to send orders to addresses outside New Zealand. Delivery can take 3 – 10 working days depending on your specific location.
We use tracked courier service to ensure that your order gets to you without any hassle.

You must provide a valid email address and phone number when placing your order so that the carrier can contact you if your package is held at the border. Packages that are held up by customs will be delayed, we do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible but unfortunately, this is completely out of our control.

Please note that international parcels are experiencing delays due to COVID-19. We thank you for your patience during this time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

REGULATIONS

International customers need to be aware of the import rules for their own country before making an order. We advise you to research the honey importing rules and regulations of the country you are wanting to send honey to before purchasing our honey. 

Any import duties or taxes that are levied by the authorities of your country are your responsibility. Confirming your order payment means you accept the conditions regarding the duties that may be incurred. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order, if applicable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged, please contact your local government for specific details. Refusal to pay duties and/or tax will result in your parcel being returned. If the products are returned, for this reason, we cannot refund your order.

Anyone ordering products for delivery acknowledges they have reviewed the contents of their order and acknowledge that it contains acceptable and approved items for import into the country of destination/delivery. The buyer solely accepts full responsibility and any associated risk of any items or package (or part thereof) being detained by customs for whatever reason and acknowledges and agrees that they will not hold Hauora Life liable for orders unable to be delivered to their destination due to import regulations.

LIMITATIONS

 It is your responsibility to check the weight of the shipment before placing an order. You can see this on the Cart or Checkout page once you have added the items you want to order. The total weight includes the weight of the cart items and shipping packaging.

Parcels are limited by size per shipment for some countries. We can’t ship parcels of honey above 2 kg to China or the European Union including the UK. Orders that weigh greater than 2 kg must be split into multiple orders.  In other cases, the maximum weight per order will be 10 kg for courier shipments.

Some countries have volume limits specific to importing honey and other bee products so check this with your local authority. 

RETURNS POLICY

NEW ZEALAND

10 DAY RETURNS

We are happy to offer a store coupon credit, exchange or refund on an item you’ve purchased from us – simply contact us within 10 days of your order date.

Change of Mind
If you’ve had a change of heart about an item you have ordered, we’ll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.

Incorrect Item/ Damaged on Arrival
If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrived damage, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don’t dispose of the item until we’ve had a chance to chat with you!

INTERNATIONAL

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on international orders.

Import Authority Returns
Due to the bioactive nature of our products, they cannot be returned to New Zealand for biosecurity reasons.  Therefore, we cannot accept returns due to change-of-mind. We will do whatever we can to maintain customer satisfaction, but be sure the products you are ordering are the products you want!

Faulty Item
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.
